This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from www.shop.enanmotors.com. Please review this policy carefully to understand our shipping process, delivery times, and associated costs.

1. General Shipping Information

a. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship products and vehicles to all 47 counties within Kenya. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

b. Order Cut-off Time:
2:00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi). Orders for parts/accessories placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

c. Processing Time (Handling):
Parts & Accessories: Orders are processed within 0-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

d. Transit Time:
Once shipped, delivery takes 0-4 business days (Monday – Friday) depending on your destination and the type of goods ordered.

e. Shipping Partner:
We partner with reputable logistics providers, including Wells Fargo Kenya, Bolloré Logistics & G4S to ensure your order arrives safely.

2. Shipping Costs

a. Standard Shipping (Parts & Accessories):
We offer competitive shipping rates for parts and accessories. Free shipping is available on allproducts to most regions in Kenya.

b. Same-Day Delivery (Selected Areas):
Same-day delivery for small parts and accessories may be available for orders placed before 2:00 PM within Nairobi. Please check availability at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

By combining handling and transit times, your total estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Nairobi & Environs: 0-2 business days.

  • Other Major Towns: 2-4 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Up to 6 business days (may vary for large vehicle deliveries).

4. Order Tracking

a. Tracking Information:
Once your order for parts or accessories has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

b. Delivery Confirmation:
Parts/Accessories: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order has been received safely.

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

a. Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery may fail. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Enan Motors is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

b. Missed Delivery Attempts:
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

c. Unclaimed Packages:
Unclaimed packages returned to Enan Motors due to customer inaction may be subject to restocking fees (for parts) or additional shipping charges for redelivery. Vehicle purchases are subject to the terms of your sale agreement.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

a. Damaged Items:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged, please note the damage with the delivery agent and/or refuse the delivery. If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please contact us immediately at info@enanmotors.com or 0723 328 339 within 24 hours to arrange for a return, exchange, or inspection.

b. Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution.
